This interactive visualisation shows the current qualification landscape for qualifications regulated by Ofqual.
For GCSEs, AS and A levels, the number of certificates is the number awarded following the November 2024 and June 2025 exam series (the 2024 to 2025 academic year).
For Vocational and technical qualifications, the number of certificates is the number awarded during the 12 month period from the beginning of quarter 4 2024 to the end of quarter 3 2025 (1 October 2024 to 30 September 2025).
'Available qualifications' includes those which were categorised as available to learners in Ofqual's Register based on qualification operational start dates and certification end dates as of 10 February 2026, or had certificates reported during the above time periods.
